With this villain we have some history, he is a nitty player,but attentive and always looking through the game. He saw many times when hero 3 bet and always isolate fishs by 3 betting.
Fish is lag pre, likes to open from early positions.

Fish raises from utg 10$,
hero 3bet from mp 35$ with AKhh,
Villain 4 bet 125$(too much for him)
Fish folds, hero???
This is the first 4 bet playing for 3-4 hours, but size is too much for him, so i decided he never have AA or KK, i think most of the times he have AK here

If you don't think he has AA or KK then just 4bet pre.
As played, call. He won't have AQo here so if he has the Ac it'll be a flush or AcK. If he has a pair below kings with a club, we want to be x/ring, but that's not a lot of combos and he might have checked that back. Aside from that we don't really want to be raising.

I probably just fold this time.
If you are really confident in your read that he has a hand like TT-QQ AK,AQ I'm ok with 5 bet. Flatting seems bad as you will be missing the board often enough vs villain's strong range that you are just lighting 125 on fire

Nit cold 4! generally means trouble. Could be QQ, but otherwise you are no better than 70/30 dog (assuming he won't 4! with AK).
might just let this go pre.
