I just took exception to the logic of "hey, if i get a call of 1/3 of my stack with KK I'm happy and you are dumb".

There is a lot of unknowns here anyway. What is the usual table raise, what 3Bs get called, etc.
48/6= just over 8BBs, doesn't seem crazy to me at 1/3. Personally, I would make it a touch over a pot sized raise ($31), something like $35.

I don't think the sizing is miserable, but yeah, a shove would be. Check every street with the intention of calling IMO. No one calling a $50 raise with A3dd is folding an Ace high flop for less than a pot sized all-in.

Jamming folds out everything you beat and only better is calling. An ace is never folding in a live game.

Check and see what happens. This spot kinda sucks because of your stack size, you should be playing deeper.

I think jamming the flop in this situation long term would profit because you're playing short (ie - stp less than 1 jamming all flops with your specific hand should show a profit because villain will whiff the flop a lot). Could be wrong but i don't see how, happy to see the maths if anyone can do it.

If i'm right and the numbers say jam any flop with this action and pot/stack size, i still think situationally this is one of the times you only get called when you're behind.

Play deeper.

AP, I prefer a check/call here as it lets V bluff with all hands we beat. Shoving folds all those out so when we are called we are crushed. But, I am never folding for this SPR.
