Beside what was said, your c/s on the flop looks exactly like what you have, a flush draw.
If you had a 2, you would c/r less, wanting the call. A Q and you might have bet, but will call hoping to improve. QQ and V would have expected you to raise PF.
The shove is to maximize FE and translates to a draw.
There really isn't much you can do on that board after the $40 flop bet when you're starting the hand with $160.
Now, if everything was the same, but the stacks were much deeper and V will call a turn c/r, maybe (and I do mean maybe).
What I think you're trying to do is simplify the post-flop play so you don't have to play multiple streets. That is not how you win at poker.
