Hero (BTN, $300): Nitty reg image, hasn't played a hand in the 30 mins at the table

V (SB, $500): Middle-aged semi-reg guy, was involved in a hand last month with me where I raised pre utg with 63hh, he 3bet to $40 in BB, I called ($350 deep), He overbet $120 on a 77Jhh flop, I raised all in, he folded and said he had QQ (lol), I showed 36hh. But today, I've been pretty nitty.

Hero raises to $20 OTB over 2 limpers, V calls, another limper calls

Flop ($60): TT9r
V bets $55 (wtf), limper folds, Hero ???

Also, what's our plan ahead?

opening 63hh, calling a 3bet, jamming on a semi-bluff is never a "nitty" image.
you might be perceived more as LAG.

Having said that and with this dryish board, he might 1) inducing with Tx because of your history 2) be value betting 9x 3) semi-bluffing combo draws with overs.

we still beat a lot of his range except Tx, so I call.

I don't think villain would recall a hand that was played a month ago. Hero has also been pretty quiet at the table, so I think hero is probably holding a rather tight image.

Most players in live expect hero to cbet in this spot with the entire range, and without history or some sort of well defined tendencies, villain is never going to donk a PSB with Tx, especially on a rainbow board.

I suspect villain is betting with PP, 9x to see "where he's at" and possibly with QJ as semi-bluff.

Easy call. Turn is a more interesting spot depending on what falls and villain's action.

Nice job in narrowing the field preflop.

I would just flat the flop. I think it's slightly too early to give up (this could be a semibluff with a draw also seeing if we've whiffed big overcards). A raise here typically only gets called by better (as even draws might give up on this paired board, especially facing a raise versus nitty us).

If he donks large again on the turn, I probably give up. At this point our hand is looking like it is (an overpair) and yet Villain is still barrelling. Most people don't fold overpairs, and Villain isn't expecting us too, so disappoint him, imo.

If he checks the turn, I would probably check behind. A bet here (say even a "smallish" $100 into $170), will create a $370 pot with only $125 left for the river (i.e. we're committing ourselves). Sure, Villain could be on a draw, but there's only a so-so chance of that plus a very small chance he'll actually hit that draw; plus some of his draw outs give us a fullhouse. Plus he might bluff the river given our turn weakness and we can bluffcatch (or value bet it ourself, where stacks will be big enough to bet/fold).
