UTG is unconventional player. Her move is not very predictable to me.
UTG raise to 15. She has been raise big with non premium hands like JTs 88.

On flop, I'm betting $100 and calling/ shoving any raises.

There is no turn card that can prevent us from GII, I would go a little smaller OTF than suggested above, like $80 and then ship turn.
