1/3 NL: Putting weak players on a range? 1/3 NL: Putting weak players on a range?

Hey guys, I'm a bit new to live poker and a marginal winner at 1/3 NL at my local casino (around $10 an hour winner for the past 50-60 hours). I have been playing a pretty standard abc style, but I think I am definitely leaving money on the table and not playing optimally by making moves after figuring out a villains range.

To a degree I can determine the play of regulars somewhat, but many of the weaker players in the game often I feel it is somewhat a guessing game properly assigning a range. You really see the gamut of play here, checking super strong hands on wet boards, bluffing with 0 equity in non-typical bluff spots... etc, sometimes I feel lost in some of these hands.

For the most part I have been really just been betting based on the absolute value of my hands and bluffing very rarely given the typical loose passive play.

Any tips on hand reading/picking up money in loose passive games getting outside of that ABC style vs unknowns? Or should I be focusing on picking up dead money from regulars by making moves by assigning ranges and continuing to go for big value from the weaker players in the game with minimal hand reading?

Thanks

This is likely pretty close to optimal when you don't have any reads.
After that you just need to start to focus on one player at a time, and try to exploit whatever specific weaknesses you see in them.
