1/3 mistake hand? Or cooler

Wake up with AAsd in early position. I make it 16 to go and guy to my left calls. I have about 265 and he has me covered. I am heads up with him. Flop is KcJc3c. I bet out 23. He calls. Turn 8d I check and he takes his time and checks back. River 4h. I bet out 45. He makes it 100 and I toss in the remaining stack I have and he flips over 8h8c for the winning set. Is there anyway I could get away from this hand or any other way I could play this hand?
