Playing live 1/3 at a local casino very loose table lots of straddles $20 raises are being called by any sort of connected cards and junk like A7o or Q8s.

Looking at the results I'm having a hard time deciding if I like my flop play so I'd like to see some replies from you guys.

Hero is 20s male been raising quite a bit in late position but folding early. Usually posting the $6 straddle seeing as everyone but 1 other player is doing it. Topped off another $200 after losing a $200 in a big pot recently with AK where i flopped tptk and was called down all the way by a flush draw that hit the river. (Stack $360)

V1 is a 60s white male and is the 2nd tightest player at the table, he is slightly tilted after also being rivered like 30 minutes ago but he's also posting straddles. Usually plays like a standard OMC but table is so loose right now he's gambling. ($~350)

V2 is 40s white male haven't seen anything from him at showdown but he's raising a fair amount in lp and limp/calling a lot in ep and mp. ($180)

V3 is 40s asian male haven't seen him play too many hands but he rivered the flush against me (J8h) after limping the straddle 6 in ep and calling my $25. He straddles every now and then but not always, and is limping almost every hand he plays. ($450)

V4 is 40s white male that isn't too important in this hand as he's sitting on $18.

otth

Hero is in SB with KK. (Table is 10-handed)
V1 is BB.
V2 is behind HJ
V3 is HJ
V4 is C/O

There is a $6 straddle. Folded to V2 who limps, V3 limps, V4 shoves remaining $18. Folded to hero who raises to $40. V1 cold calls $40 pretty quickly, V2 and V3 also call.

I didn't want to raise too big because I don't want to iso $18 and I expect $40 to maybe get a call around 50% of the time from either V2 or V3, but not too often from V1. Please let me know if you think I could have played this better pre-flop as well.

Flop is 9107 ($184)

Not the best flop for us but we still have backdoor spades and a backdoor straight. What do you think is the best line on this flop? I'll post my action after a few replies

Bigger pre at this table please. After all, the opening is only 3BBs (since straddle) and you're only 60BBs deep. The pot is $40 when it get's to you, $58 with your call, and you only raised it $22 more. Not even a half pot raise. Go at least $60.

AP, the flop is soaking wet and a check-through would be a disaster. We're never folding an overpair on a wet board with less than 2 PSBs behind, so I just shove it in now.

Preflop isn't big enough with the action in front and having to play this out of the SB. You don't need to go to big though, because stack sizes prevent anybody from getting good odds. $50 should be enough.

As played, not happy but shove flop. You have to go first and can't fold given stack sizes.

The way I would do preflop is raise to an amount that is giving limpers 8:1 implied odds, which means they won't really have setmining odds against us (cuz we're basically always going to have to stack off postflop in what will be a super small SPR pot unless an Ace flops). So I woulda went $55ish preflop.

Thanks to all the callers our stack size is a little weird at 1.7 SPR. If the table was aggro, I might check to induce a bet and then shove when it comes back to me. But I don't get the feeling the table is that aggro, so I probably just bet myself. Any bet commits me, so I'm kinda thinking of just lol shoving myself; table seems loose enough to get action from draws.

Your pre flop sizing is way too small. I'm making it 55-65 and still expecting calls. As for that flop you could have stacked off on the flop if you raised large enough and got s few callers.

We can shove flop and get called by worse. I just shove but your 3 bet sizing was the big error in this hand.
