OP is hellbent on not folding pre, so if the options are limited to call or raise, I'd prefer a raise. But if we lift that restriction, fold is a lot better.
Not even going to enter the PF debate, but V's play makes complete sense. V is a thinking reg who sees an aggressive H. Of course he let you hang yourself, leading to a c/r turn, lead river bet. That's thin alright, but seems altogether good play considering your image and V's.
c/c flop, c/r turn, lead river is a pretty strong sign from a thinking player. Can't see how tpwk is good under any scenario.
I fold easily on turn. Shove is only other option, but given your image that seems like lighting money on fire in this setup.
