Flop is fine. Turn overbet is a bit weird, but given your image and reads on V, I don't hate it. I would likely go with an inducing size against most Vs to set up a 3-bet jam if he raised and get a bit more in the pot to set up an easy river jam if he flats against an average V.
Why jam the turn? Nothing we beat is calling and we don't really fear any draw. 9x is snapping and 2pr+ is probably not folding. Just bet an amount he can easily call and don't fold if he raises. We really do want him to call with all of his straight/flush draws because we block everything hard and sometimes he has weaker spades (very rairly but it happens). Even if he has Axss we can lay 3:1 on a call and it's still a mistake for him to draw.
We have about 125 back ott, I go 45/never folding. That leaves 80 for a very easy river jam.
