I get the "nit" thing *a lot*. I'm guessing this is meant to be derogatory?

It's a 4way pot. Anyone who routinely cbets air in a 4way pot on this board will quickly torch all his money. Nothing in the (admittedly limited) read suggests that's who we're dealing with.

Backdoors are supposed to be worth something here? The only time they end up being worth anything is if he actually has a hand that is crushing us now and we somehow get to the river OOP for the correct price and get paid off. Apart from tells, backdoors might be the most overrated concept in poker at this level (imo).

+1 but c/r shove turn given stack sizes. Suggest folding pre though.

Raise imo. Fold out his chops

Close between raising folding and calling tho. Don't mind any play

Back door flush draws are basically +1 out, 4% with two cards to come. I would say back door straights are worth at least that. Both can turn a marginal call or fold to a solid call.

I recall adding +1 to our outs per backdoor in my Limit days. This simply doesn't apply to NL as in Limit we'll always be able to realize our equity if we pickup the backdoor draw on the turn (because almost always we're getting immediate odds we need to call a turn bet in Limit), whereas this isn't the case in NL (where we'll rarely have the odds to call a turn bet, especially OOP where getting paid off on the river will be much more difficult).

In NL my guess is their worth is more to do with their semi-bluffing opportunities. But being OOP, lotta of our backdoors might improve his hand, the general mistake of villains calling to much (not folding too much), etc., still make this concept overrated.

It is simply harder to realize our equity playing no-limit vs. limit with 2 cards to come period. In limit we can calculate our exact cost to get to the river vs the pot much more easily. Ignoring potential ways to win a hands is probably just as big a leak as over playing the back door draws a bit.

folding the flop is really bad and the backdoors are worth something. Had a club come in we could c/r the turn with a lot of backup equity.

his range for betting this particular flop should include a lot of Kx and pure bluffs. barring reads floo call should be std i think

Betting Kx on this flop is pretty bad imo. My betting range would be aces and all the broadway gutshots.

Folding flop is fine vs a lot of players, you are exploiting them for not having a wider betting range. What they "should" have in their betting range isnt relevant.
