1/3 NL game

Hero (540): UTG. Winning reg, typically play pretty ABC.

V1 (just under 300): MP. Late 60's white guy. Loose-aggressive reg, overplays hands a lot.

V2 (covers): LP. MAWG, competent reg that plays 2/5 when it runs (it doesn't run regularly here). V2 gripes how he never wins against Hero (nothing special - just ran into Hero with second-best hands in a couple of big-not-huge pots over a span of a few months).

Preflop:

Hero raises to 12 with 76
V1 calls
V2 calls
Both blinds call

Flop:7 6 3 (Pot: 55 after rake)

Blinds check
Hero bets 40
V1 raises to 100
V2 raises to 285 (which would put V1 all-in)
Hero ??

What do you do here? Pot is currently 480, Hero's stack is 488

I think your folding here you could be up against a set or made straight and at worse maybe nut flush draw and an open ended straight draw. So many combos out there and the fact it's been 4 betted could mean they are protecting themselves from a flush draw. I can't see V2 4 betting with an over pair in fact he probably would have 3betted pre. Problem is you will need to commit ur whole stack now because v1 might jam and v2 is definitely putting it all in on the turn. What did you do and how did it play out? Btw being in early position didn't help ur cause here. I would have preferred to check being the first to act and seeing how the action followed

Hmmm. Pretty ambitious raising 67 UTG. You flopped pretty darn good and despite action, I'd be tempted to stack off here.

Our perceived range is capped at AA. We have blockers to sets. 45 is pretty unlikely and we have a bit of redraw equity.

If V1 overplays hands he could be as weak as A7 here and a competent V2 could easily be semibluff reraising given dynamics.

Snap fold. V2 easily has 54 in his range due to your small preflop raise size and the fact that he is in late position. I think he would just call V1's raise if he flopped a set. Regardless a set has you crushed anyway. He has specifically 54 here and nothing else. Easiest fold ever.

Flop 3-bets are the nuts approximately always. Fold.

If they show up with something stupid then make a note for later.

I hate preflop. No chance at thinning the field, no chance at having any FE pre or post, just building a huge bloated pot OOP with a marginal hand.

SPR is 10ish on the flop against V2 and very drawy. Thanks to preflop, I believe we are committed (although I don't feel great about it). I would PSB each street and never fold unless a horrible card came.

I don't like our smallish flop bet (I woulda PSB+).

As played, I really don't know. V2 is getting ready to play for stacks, but is he possibly trying to simply get this HU with a mega draw + dead money? Doesn't really look like any worse 2 pairs are out there. I might change my plan given this action and fold.
