about 3/5ths pot, 75, would be called by draws, with combo draws getting the correct odds, i think you are still betting for value and you should have implied odds if the board pairs since they overvalue hands,IMHO

He should have raised from the button with at least JJ+, so those can be discounted somewhat. Ax could also be there, as well as any other pocket pair, including 88, 99, and TT, which kill us. QJ would be almost as bad, but would have have called $40 post-flop with two over cards and a gutshot? Possible, I suppose. High or connected clubs fit his behavior so far, along with A9, A8, A6 and the possible higher sets, and just maybe a high pocket pair.

Plan A: Bet 125 to charge the flush draw and he folds.

Plan B: Bet 125 and he flats. Hmm, if V has the made straight he should have raised to charge the flush and straight draws, and the rest of his hands consider the T a scare card.

See the river card and evaluate.

Plan C: Bet 125 and he shoves. Fold. He has the made straight, a higher set, or a flush draw or combo draw. Not good odds for Hero with about $350 still behind.

Plan D: Suck out on the river with a 6.

Turn pot size is 130 not 150. I'd bet 60, it's going to be hard to get much value w that turn card.

Check and bet the river. 98, T9, T8, those types of hands won't call here but will call otr when we check ott.

I am c/f OTT, villain will probably only bet with a straight, call if you have odds to improve.

At a loose passive table where people overvalue their hands, I think this is a standard open limp preflop and every other play sucks, imo.

With an SPR of ~10, I think I feel committed for stacks at this point even though I'm not really in love with it on this board (and will find a fold later if the board runs out horrible). Board is very drawy, I would pot+ the flop here.

I would check/evaluate the turn (most likely calling a small bet).

You know what sucks in poker? Playing a bloated pot OOP against an unknown (or tricky player). And we created that situation ourselves with our preflop raise.

Don't listen to gobbledygeek, he always says to check the turn.

Luls.

As played, check/evaluate the turn. (most likely calling a small bet)

If it checks through and we don't fill up on the river, whether i'm bet/folding or check calling depends on whether the villain has sunglasses, a hat, headphones, eyes that are less rounded, an ed hardy t-shirt, or a combination of those.
