1/3 Flopped nut flush - raised huge on paired turn 1/3 Flopped nut flush - raised huge on paired turn

Live 1/3, 9 handed.
V1: Middle age dude, stack has been up and down a bit all night. Somewhat aggressive, but mostly 1 and done type of guy, will bluff flop, but not multiple streets. Raises have been for value, has yet to go all in.

Hero - $500
V1 - $420

I open utg+1 to $12 with A4, V1 calls in HJ.

($25) Flop: J95
-Bet $25, V1 thinks for around 20 seconds and calls.

($75) Turn: 5
-Bet $55, V1 instantly announces all in for around $380 total. (first time he has been all in in few hours I've played)

Is this a turn I should be check calling the majority of the time as it sucks when we get raised? Wasn't quite sure what to do here, seems like it is never a bluff?

Thanks in advance.

Fold pre.

AP, call. Sucks he has a full house/quads, but you beat hands that he's shoving for value with.

I guess you know your table if a lol $12 raise with biggish stacks somehow manages to get this HU, so nice result. I'd open limp here if table has some payoff stations.

For those into reverse tells, I might look at my hand as if doing a single big heart check, and then cbet the big PSB, hoping that Villain (who sounds like he might be aggro) takes this as betting a flush draw and plays back at me.

If he's somewhat aggro, he might have raised JJ preflop, and I'm guessing he wouldn't shove quad 55 now. Which really only leaves 99 as being ahead of us since all other fullhouse combos are unlikely. He could have a worse flush. He could have a 5x. Most fullhouses don't want their opponent to fold on this street. I think I sigh call, although in general big huge bets are simply nuttish hands, but I'm hoping this aggro guy can do it with other than that.
