V1 ($100): Young guy, Just sat down, posted in CO

V2 ($185): SB, tight old reg nit, pretty transparent

Hero ($300): BB, TAG image

OTTH..

5-way limped pot, Hero has 86o in BB

Flop ($15): Jd 8h 6h
V2 checks, Hero bets $15, V1 minraises to $30, V2 calls (who thought the bet was $15 and put in $15 and puts $15 more), Hero ??

I'm sure V2 has the NFD, but I'm not sure what V1 could show up with and if I'm good here and also if a 3b can make them fold..??

In a deeper game, I'd obv flat the minraise and evaluate turn, but with these stacks, it's pretty awkward...

What do you guys do?

Oh, I spent like a minute thinking the minraiser was the old nit and puzzling over wtf he had.

You're golden here, I wouldn't be worrying about whether your hand is good at all. If V1 has a better hand then whatever, nothing you can do. I think best is to just jam. I spent a while thinking about flatting and leading turn, which could work out better than jamming flop against V2, but my problem with that is that scare cards on the turn (overcards) might mean we fail to get V1's stack.

Pretty much always stacking off with bottom two for 33bbs vs an unknown on that board. I would just make it $100.

Yup, get it in. But I would just shove instead of making a smaller raise. Someone is likely on a draw. Stack sizes are awkward if you raise less than all in.

Let's say you make it $100 and get called by both villains. The pot is now $315. Do you fold on a turn when V2 puts in his last $80? What about on a jack turn? Or a Q or 7, completing the OESD? Just get it in on the flop.

You just have to gii here and hope, less than 70bb your going to be struggling to put down two pair at any point, stuff it in,w expect to be called by draws, sometimes you lose to a set, sometimes you get counterfeited, but at these stacks you just have to gii

I'd probably ship it, although this is always kinda gross with just bottom two. JJ (and even 88 or perhaps 66 in the CO) mighta raised preflop, 88/66 are reduced combowise, J6 seems an unlikely hand, so really most likely hand we're behind is J8 (which is still fairly loose). I'm never really sure what to make of a minraise, but for someone buying in with just a $100 stack I usually just label them a poor player capable of any lol play. And would old guy really just flat this drawy board twice with a big hand?
