A real OMC has AQ/AK/22/88/AA. For many OMCs you can cut that further to AK+ or even sets when they min raise. The board has no draws and there are no two pairs in an OMCs preflop calling range.

Given that flat only with AK+ and against the tighter OMCs fold AK. I'm not folding 88/22 on the flop but if OMC continues to hammer pot I would consider it on turn or river.

There is no reason to 3 bet this flop. You don't want to scare him off AK/AQ and if he has a set the money is going in anyways. With AA lead the turn and let him raise with 88/22 again, with other hands check and let him take the lead.
