Hero: 30s white male. Image should be good with ABC playstyle. Stack covers

Villain 1: 20s Asian male. Seems kinda bad reg LAG without the good aggro, but he is a thinking player, willing to put in money, and only the guy I don’t like on my left. Stack $500

Villain 2: 40s/50s white male. Fishy guy, really passive. Raises and gives up even IP, and his bets have been like 20/20/35. Stack $270

On to the hand

V1 limps UTG, V2 raises 12 MP, Hero calls 56 SB, V1 calls.

Flop: 987 (Pot~35)

Hero..

If we have the only guy we don't like on our left, perhaps 65s is not the hand to give him position on us with?

Or give anyone else position on us, for that matter.

I think its fine to call here, but I think you could also consider a 3b ($50) once in a while to balance your range.

OTF - you can definitely lead out here on this board if you see passive MP likely checking back here a lot. V1 may make your life a living hell on a lot of runouts, so be prepared to check-call bad turns.

Preflop is meh. You are deep enough to make this call occasionally but not every time.

On the flop I like donking $25. You have a very good hand right now but the situation is only going to get worse and there are lots of run outs you won't like. It's best to get this heads up now and take it down on flop or turn.

I would fold pre always. As played, I would donk pot here. Both V1 and V2 seem like players who will have an inelastic calling range here so let's get our money in while we are good. I don't see either folding hands like T8, T7, 2 pair, flush draws, etc. so lets build a pot.

Call per is fine. Fold is fine, too. Mix it up.

Did it check to you? I bet here for reasons stated (drawy board, build a pot). $25 - $35 is good.

No reason to be sitting in this seat, right?

I fold preflop (surprise surprise). Very speculative hand which has some poor RIO, will be OOP, and also will be OOP deep to a difficult guy. In general, you'd probably do well to never call a raise OOP in what will be a HU/3way pot unless you are slowplaying a monster.

SPR is just over 7 against the shorter stack (our main target), which means we can easily play for stacks by the river with some 3/4 PSBs. I'd just PSB the flop (especially with all the action killing cards possible on the turn) and go from there, looking to play for stacks ASAP against the raiser but re-evaluating if the deeper guy gets involved.

In most situations you would probably want to fold, but if the table has been showing they want to gamble then I think the call is just fine. Although this is a suited connector you are still going to miss the flop a decent amount of the time and can find yourself in difficult situations if you flop top pair, a worse two pair, etc. But as soon as you see this flop, I'd fire for a PSB. If the turn is a blank keep firing and check with hearts on subsequent streets.
