I guess we do have a flush draw to charge now, but that's about the only worse hand that is going to call a raise here (and it's unlikely he's on that draw, plus even more unlikely that he's going to hit it). It's extremely unlikely he's going to call off his stack on this board with a worse hand (unless he's really really really drunk bad). And raising also blows out all his bluffs.
I believe there is much more value in bluffcatching than value betting at this point.
