1st hand - You don't want a Queen or Jack in your hand because you want your opponent to have QQ/JJ. So X back. We want a hand like Ax to block AQ and also unblock QQ/JJ.

2nd hand - Don't 3bet KJo PF - we want suited hands and hands that dominate our opponents calling range.

As played- check flop. We want a in our hand if we are cbetting this board. As played - the 4 changes nothing but we would rather have a hand like AK here to block his strongest continuing range. I think it's okay as an exploit - not great in theory.
