I just overlimp preflop because the result (4ways and OOP to boot) just happens far too often for it to be completely unexpected any more (at least at my tables).
I don't think I mind our flop check on this flop. We're behind a crapload of hands and not looking to bloat the pot any further. But I don't hate a small cbet, which is really just hoping to end the hand or get it HU at worse in position with one of the looser guys (and if the tight guy calls behind us we can maybe call it a day). I might lean towards a bet but perfectly fine checking this some of the time, imo. ETA: Just noticed we have a gutshot, in which case I might even be more fine with taking a free card here if possible.
I'm fine with a small bet on the turn although I might bet a little more just in case something too small perhaps get played back at. But in the end, I doubt we get played back at very often in general, and facing the raise with still 2 other people who could possibly (although admittedly unlikely at this point) be sandbagging, I think I just sigh fold. ETA: While I agree we could certainly be being exploited here, what's our river plan? Check and hope he checks behind? Because if he bets the river, the worse exploitation might be calling now to fold the river / pay off with worse.
