9 handed utg raises $10, 2 callers
Hero in sb with ako makes it $50, utg 4 bets to $120 and has $100 more behind. Folds to me

Should i be 3 bet folding if utg will be 4 betting qq+ and maybe ak. Do i want to be calling the original raise and going multi way out of position?

Is this against an unknown? If so, proving a general description could help stereotype this player... AKA old dude w/ walker & cup of Joe = fold. Most other situations this is a stack off. Split Suit has a great video&quiz about this exact topic:

3b/shipping AKo against an UTG opener is really bad without reads that they're a whale.

My standard is to flat the original raise, but I know most people here are allergic to playing hands OOP without initiative for anything but setmining. So 3b/f is whatever aside from the slightly large sizing.

(And then we always get our 5 HHs per day of people saying, "Everyone's always (correctly) putting me on AK in 3BP. What do?")

just let it go. An UTG raise is strong to begin with, and when he 4bets to a value size it's even stronger.

Your 3B is fine, but a call probably works better. Read dependent, but if UTG raises TT+, ATs+, AQo+, you're not a head of a lot, flipping with a lot, and behind a little.

As played, there's $190, and you're going to be playing for your whole stack here, which is $170 more. Once he 3Bs, I think you can eliminate everything except AK (9), KK (6), AA (6), and QQ (6) from his range. You're way behind that range, so a fold is probably the best.

had a similar spot come up in a $2/5 game but there were 4 callers in between so its a bit different.

3bet is way better than call here especially with the dead money in the pot from the callers in-between.

given that he has < 100bb its really hard to find a fold, but i think an UTG open/4b jam range is extremely narrow in LLSNL.... i would advocate that in general (vs unknowns/TAG/competent players) that 3b/fold is good vs an UTG player in these types of situations... ranges are way too narrow

i would squeeze a little bit bigger, to maybe closer to like $65-70...

Oh for Pete's sake I'm HH illiterate lately! Didn't think there were callers in between for some reason.

Squeeze is absolutely fine here, as is the size, and it could easily be a ship over the 4b depending on read and dynamics.
