Setting is a Friday night home game. Game is 9 handed. Started out as 1/2 when it was 5 handed and then became 1/3 when more players showed up.
Hero: ~$270 in chips. Has been playing solid TAG in a fairly loose game Avoiding playing pots out of position. Looking to value bet a ton. Has been at the table for about 4 hours.
Villain 1: Sitting on the button with ~200 in chips. Just sat down at the table about 10 minutes before. Had previously cold called a $15 raise pf from the blinds and folded to a cbet.
Villain 2: Small blind and is sitting with ~$230 in chips. Been at the table for an hour. Mid 40s Middle Eastern dude who has been bragging about winning 55k in a tourney. Is a very LAG fish. Pots become very big most of the time when he is involved in a hand. He limp calls a lot from oop and becomes a calling station depending on board texture. He has won pots showing third pair.
Hero is dealt Ah Jh in BB
Action goes around to button (V1) who raises to 10, V2 calls from sb, and Hero calls also.
(Pot ~$30) Flop is 8h 5h 9d
V2 checks, Hero checks, Button cbets 20. V2 folds, Hero calls
(Pot ~$70) Turn is 7h
Hero?

Why not squeeze here? Make it $50. You can win the pot right here, or hopefully get the SB iso'ed in position, where you're probably way ahead.
That turn just hit every single draw out there. The only way you're going to get more money out of V is if he hit it, or he wants to bluff at it. I would probably c/c turn and bet big on the river.

Turn hits everything, so leading is much better. Unless button was betting a draw himself on the flop, most villains check behind on that turn card a lot. I like $40, not huge, looks like you hit something but don't want to give a single heart a free card. Expect a fold here a lot though, board is so wet it is hard to villain to call without a strong hand unless he thinks your bluffing.

I like a lead here, too, but I'd bet $30, and ~$60-70 on a non-heart river. If the 4th heart comes, I'm betting closer to 100 as his calling range becomes more inelastic. He's either calling w/ a worse heart or folding.

I'm ok with a 3 bet pre if we know V1 raises a decent range
I think I'd lead the turn
And probably lead the flop, too.

lead turn because it will get checked behind so often. villain will ch behind overpairs often but will always call a lead. also the turn could have given him more equity, which again he may ch behind and take a free card but checking here is burning money

Donk flop. If not donking flop, c/r flop. Now it just looks like you hit a flush draw instead of keeping your range wider by raising.

good spot to 3bet pf imo with zero limpers button might be trying to take down the blinds.
I think your best play here is to go for the ol check raise on the turn and bet big on the river.

Definitely am leading or check raising the flop. I like leading more because it is a guaranteed way to build the pot.
