Haven't done one of these in a while...
1/3
(Button) $280: Hero, AJ
(BB) $550: V1, Bad LAG
(MP) $1200: V2, Loose passive
Preflop: V2 limps for 3, Hero makes it 20 OTB, BB calls 20, V2 calls 20... 3-way to the flop
Flop, Pot = 60 (3 players)

Checked to hero..., Hero...?

I think for the most part this is a default bet -> triple barrel for most of you guys here on this board and i would too vs. certain villain's. Villains who will have a high fold to turn barrel after calling the flop are perfect for this or villain's who we can expect to fold on later streets after cbetting the flop + villains who won't have much of a raising range OTF or OTT because we can execute a bet/fold easily.
Now onto our range... what value can we have here this flop texture is very unique in that it gives us few value combos but a TON of bluff combos if we choose to bet them that is. Our value should only look like AK, KQ, KJs, KTs, combos and given that we are TAGish i think it is totally +EV and fine to bet AJc here but maybe not the highest EV line given villain's tendencies/how their ranges are constructed... OTF and later streets.
I don't think either villain is folding OTF (i might even face a bluff-raise from V1 in which i'll have to fold) and these guys VPIP very wide as in they play a lot of hands so they will either end up having to fold rivers so often or bluff later OTT or OTR (forgot to mention they had a high fold to river cbet).
Obv i'm never folding any turn if i get bet into and might consider raising some turns well. I would barrel off most non A-high FD's tho and backdoor A-high
just cause i can't really call turns with them + other factors.
I just think too often people (self included) bet this sort of hand coz of 2 overs and FD mentality

AP, Hero bets 50, BB calls 50, V2 folds
Turn, Pot = 160 (2 players)

V2 x, Hero...?
This is where i messed up again lol. Yeah this is def a bet... my reasoning at the time was that i don't want to get shoved on and then be in a gross spot. But really what bluff's is he even going to be shoving in this spot/board after x-calling OOP with another player to act behind him? Some FD combos but that's it in which we block a lot of em.
Barreling off here for 3 barrels/setting up for a shove OTR seems good even vs. a villain who will make a ton of calling and betting mistakes.
