300 effective

H: playing tight no real hands only been here like an hour.

v: playing a lot of hands and only showing down winners though

OTTH: I raise with JsJd UTG to 12 2 callers including V.

($39 Flop) 10c 7c 2s

I bet 20 and V calls

(79) Turn Ks better card for me than V he checks I bet 35 and he calls.

River 8d he leads 65. Thoughts?

Preflop: fine
Flop: way to small of a bet. You half pot a wet board, should have been closer to 2/3pot

AP: I’m leaning more on a call then a fold because your hand is under-repped.

What position are the callers?

PF just a slight detail, but I prefer a larger raise UTG compared to other positions.

Bet bigger on this flop. Turn I don't mind bet or check. This is a standard river call for me. I think you see a Tx type of hand a lot.

It's gross but I usually fold vs c/c c/c lead lines like this. Yeah he could be owning us but it is a marginal spot and he's saying hes got a good hand with the bet so just fold.

Also I would bet larger on both streets so you aren't pricing in so much of his weak range to begin with (and for value obv). I think V's range is wider than it necessarily has to be to due to the small bets.

I'm fine with the whole hand and fold the river. Most villains simply aren't bluffing enough or thinly value betting something that is worse enough, especially into someone who has bet/bet/bet.

You could argue for a turn check/back river bluff/catch, but against a guy who's playing a lotta hands on a drawy board and being nowhere near stack commitment bet/folding is also fine.

ETA: Unlike others, I'm fine with our smallish betting, especially since we can easily fold if the draw comes in.

I agree with big pants. Gotta be closer to pot size lead on flop. As played, I probably check back the turn for pot control. If you’re gonna bet the turn to rep the K, bet more to define cillan’s hand.

I would size bigger f,t; but I do like the turn bet. You can still get called by worse.
Its really close on the river, as you would have loved to check it back here for sd. KT likely raises the turn, but that river gives him a lot of 2p. Problem is that one of his bluffs (89) wouldn't bet this river, so really its just missed clubs or spiked 2p he is leading. I'd call it off for that price.

I'm calling, but I call a lot vs weird lines in small games

would have bet bigger on every prior street
