I was completely off base calling in to question his overall knowledge/understanding. Just have a completely different viewpoint on the hand and I believe his thinking is off base in this case, shouldn't have made it such a blanket statement.

Giant 3-bets on occasion against unknowns is great. Let them level themselves or setmine unprofitably because they have no history with you. After 2 $2 limps once, I raised to $35 with AA and got 66 to call me about $200 effective.

That is fun. I'm a huge proponent of finding players who think everyone is bluffing them all the time and then super polarizing your hand with nuts on the river with a 2+x PSB.

But yhis hand isnt against an unknown, or are you just speaking generally?

^ I thought it was against an unknown. I read the OP word for word but not every other post in their entirety. The OP says just a few hours of history. I mean don't do it against the guys who you see each day. A few hours is unknown, the way I meant it there.
