Playing at Parx mid afternoon, H has $300, V1(UTG+1) has ~$225 and V2 (CO) has ~$200.

V1(UTG+1) 20 something white guy is relatively new to the table, saw him raise pre and take down a pot with a cbet.

V2(CO) older white guy, has been playing pretty tight for the two hours since I've been playing.

Hero(MP) young white guy, fairly active and got caught in a small river bluff a few hands ago on a 4 flush board (had second pair). Also doubled up earlier when a straight draw turned into a backdoor flush and I bet the whole way down. CO saw both hands but UTG+1 only saw the 4 flush bluff.

V1 limps UTG+1, hero limps in MP with 67, CO raises $10, blinds fold, V1 calls, Hero calls

V1 checks, hero checks, CO bets $17, V1 calls $17, hero ??

May be a mistake to check/call flop but I figured CO would cbet and we'd be heads up to the turn. Now that V1 calls should I c/raise or just call and fire any safe turns?

Call me a nit but I would fold pre to the raise. I don't mind limping in sometimes though. The problem with your hand is you're OOP with a hand that flops draws mainly when it flops good. Also you're not that deep either. If villain has super tight range AND is never folding an overpair, calling is fine. You're getting 25x your investment from PFR which is really really close.

Obviously raise flop as played. I'd cr to $65 or so. The problem with check calling is any 5, T, 6, or 7 can kill your action if you show aggression later. Also you give villain a chance to check back turn if he missed or pot controls. And we want to charge the 45, 89, 85s from V1s range. That's 20 combos alone. Also an ace can kill your hand or your action if you're up against KQ, KJ.

CO is shutting down unimproved with anything but...
