I do not necessarily disagree with your thinking here, and in fact I think it's a good analysis of his range. However, all that is irrelevant unless you answer this question: will he call the river with QQ/JJ?
If villain is not calling you here with worse, you are lighting money on fire, no matter how well you read hands.
