Game at Red Rock...

Hero (~$350) is UTG: Mid-20's TAG-ish game, seen as LAG by most of the regs. Been pretty card dead, only hand with any type of major action before this one was when I had JT in the BB, one fishy ATC player limped, button with 500 stack raised to 7, SB called, I called, limper called. Flop came JT2dd, checked to button who bet $20, I c/r to $70, fishy ATC flats, button folds. Turn 9x, I shove fishy ATC folds his FD to the ~$150 bet.

V ($300) in HJ: Mid-20's european guy, just sat down with his friend about 10 minutes ago, hasn't played a hand yet. I've played with him before and he seems more on the LAG side.

Hero dealt AQ

Hero raises to $10, folds to V who 3b to $32, folds to hero who calls. PF note - normally I'd raise to ~$14 here but RR pays $10k if I happen to hit a royal with this hand so I made it a bit smaller, even though I've never had a royal in my life there's always the first one. Anyway...

Since I like to stereotype young euro dudes, I will range his PF 3bet at 99+, AQo+, ATs+, 67s+ suited connectors and one-gappers

Flop ($67): 235

Hero checks, V cbets $40, hero calls.

Turn ($147): J

Seems like a pretty awesome card for me since my hand looks a lot like JJ, and now I have a flush draw, two overs, and a gutterball.

V bets $75 pretty quickly, hero asks how much V has left ($150ish) and shoves.

Reasonable?

I don't like this line personally. I believe that your idea of villains 3bet range is rather optimistic given the fact that you opened UTG. Villain has clearly committed himself to this pot after 3betting vs UTG open pre and investing 1/2 of his stack by the turn. We likely have 0% FE and villain can't be double barreling with AdKd or AdQd. Pretty sure villain has JJ-AA here(15 combos). Unless you believe that villain will b/f this turn with AK and AQ very often then I do not like shoving here. And what hand would you take this line with for value?

What FE do you think you have? My gut is some but not a lot. V seems committed.

Does V preceive your line as a set? Flopped straight? I doubt V is going to give you credit for the straight.

Also seems like your 3b range is wide. If that wide why not 4b?

I think asking how much he has left reads as weak. I'm doubting you have any FE. His quick bet on the turn isn't worried.
