Against 90%+ of 1/2 villains, this is a standard cbet for me because they play fit/fold and I can fold out overcards to my 77. This villain fell into the less than 10% where I didn't understand the purpose of betting, but I'm still not sure what is best.
If he's floating 100% and stabbing 100% then just make a small cbet yourself. You will control the cost to see a turn, attack the weakest part of his range, make it harder to define your range, and have an easy fold if he raises. You should also be c/r flops a good bit against him if he's stabbing 100%. This is a good time for it.
