I can see myself checking those hands against some villains, so it's a fair point.

If he's floating 100% and stabbing 100% then just make a small cbet yourself. You will control the cost to see a turn, attack the weakest part of his range, make it harder to define your range, and have an easy fold if he raises. You should also be c/r flops a good bit against him if he's stabbing 100%. This is a good time for it.
