First hand: I raise to $12 from early position with AA, get three callers. Flop is QJT rainbow. I continue for $25. Two folds, then an old guy on the button raises to $60. He started the hand with a little over $200 so he's got about $150 behind.
Fold, call, or shove?
Second hand: I have AK on the button. Four limpers to me and I raise to $12. Three of the limpers call. Flop is QJT all spades. I don't have any spades. Two checks then a short stack to my immediate right who had just sat down goes all in for $65.
Fold, call, or shove?

first hand: sick spot. flop is a probably a fold, but i wouldve hypocritically called and hope to either bink a K or for him to check back the turn and river, because im a spew fish.
second hand: with 4 limpers make it 20-22, given standard open is 12. also be vary of potential sizing tell. (this pfr is tiny given limpers). really really need stack sizes! but if everyone else started hand w/ 200, ship, so all other FDs fold. short stack can easily be doing this with just As, Ks, 9s and maybe straights.

Hand 1:
Fold. Some argument could be made for betting with AA OOP into 3 Vs on this board. I expect one of the V's to ram a raise down your throat on this flop. It just had to smack someone right in the face.
Hand 2:
I agree with other poster, flat call here. It is a dirty spot too.

1. I don't cbet hand 1.
2. I bet more pre, around 17. AP I call. Letting a single shovel try to draw is okay I think. Most random single spades fold while made flushes call/raise. Just use position OTT to evaluate the action. Also depends on stack depth a lot.

What are the effective stacks? Hand 2 is probably a shove
