Main villain is a bad lag playing high vpip (flat calling bad hands like j2, a6o) while she is oop. Passiveness shown preflop limp calling sq, etc

Has been caught bluffing a few times in small pots but also has shown down big hands when she is firing big. She has shown to also value town herself, or maybe she thinks she is bluffing (hard to know cause bad sizings). $300 effective stacks.

She's been tough to play against cause she has position on us, hard to range.

Otth (Kd qh)

Two limpers utg and utg1
Hero mp2 raises to $20
Main villain calls in co, utg calls

Flop ($65): 89Q rainbow

Utg checks
Hero wanted to fire but with unpredictable lag behind I checked to pot control.
Co checks

Turn 65: As

Check check, co bets $80
Hero folds

Thoughts?

If she's on your left I'd consider a table change.

Bet flop $45 or so.

Turn AP fold. You have lots of Ax in your range and some slowplayed big flopped hands.

Gotta bet flop for value vs described villain! Sounds like a loose passive player, not a lag.

flop is fine 3-way, shouldn't really be betting much here and our hand doesn't need too much protection/can only go for 2 streets anyway. ap turn seems like a fine fold.

Checking flop was a considerable mistake. You should be betting large because there are a lot of pair+ gutshot hands that will call a large bet. I'd make it 2/3 pot at least.

Turn is meh. You're probably near the top of your range and theoretically you should be calling if you think Villain can be bluffing here.

"(flat calling bad hands like j2, a6o)"

You don't think we're missing value from someone like this when we check?

“She has been shown to value town herself” or “think she’s bluffing”. I dont think we’re missing too much value because of those and also because this is very rarely a 3-street game, whether she has us beat otf or not just due to the board texture & runouts combinatorics

She will call or bet with her worse Qx. She will call but check her Jx, Tx, of which she has many more. Seems like a pretty strong reason to bet, especially considering all the scary turn cards which might shut down action against her Qx.
