1/2 Tough spot pre with QQ on BTN

MP: $500 stack, older asian lady seems weak passive
BB: New to the table, bought in for $300, older asian male no other reads
Hero: $450 stack with QQ on BTN, Tag player mid 20's
Preflop: MP raises it $15
Everyone folds to me on the BTN and I look down at QQ so I 3b to $45
SB folds, then BB shoves his fresh stack of $300 over the line.
MP snap calls

Fold. Nitty Asian ladies have nothing less than KK in these spots. To be honest, I've seen old nits fold KK face up in spots like this.

Looks like a snap fold to me.
FWIW, I flat preflop quite a bit here. A weak passive has made a fairly large open ($15 is pretty large at 1/2, no?) and there's no other dead money in the pot to steal with a 3bet. I'd rather just see a flop in position and see if there's real money to be made. If an A/K flops, we can get away from our hand cheap (which is awesome if we're already behind). If we flop an overpair, we'll probably have to play fairly slow and maybe do some soul reading on later streets. If we 3bet and get raised, we'll probably have to fold; or we'll potentially fold out hands that we want to go to the flop with; and 1 out of 7.5 times, that's an absolute disaster for when we woulda flopped a set.
The deeper the stacks, the less dead money in the pot, the more I flat QQ preflop. The shallower the stacks, the more dead money in the pot, the more I 3bet.

Instant fold. The interesting question here is what to do if we had kk?? Not sure if I can call here even wih kk despite results.

Stoved it. Even against a reasonable range of qq+ for lady and qq+, ak+, kk only has 30% equity. Tighten up those range and kk is a definite fold

Yeah this is a pretty easy fold in a very high risk low reward situation as far as long term results. In a situation like this when the other two hands are shown find solace in the fact that you were able to fold with only 45 in the pot rather than a large amount of bbs.

With only the new player shoving I think I find a fold, without any reads, but when MP snap calls, it makes the decision so much easier.
