You really did yourself a disservice by not betting the river in this hand. Thin value bets are a great way to increase your win rate in LLSNL, but in all honesty, a river bet there isn't that thin. You missed some value.

Ok, as for the AK hand- Flop bet is ok, turn bet is too small....needs to be closer to $50 or more, and as played, we need to call off here. We have enough equity against V's entire range and I still think there are a couple of hands he can shove with here that we beat. Obv, the top of his range is QJ, TT 22, but the good news is we're not drawing dead.
For the KQ hand, I checked river to induce a possible bluff versus a missed draw. It was about as draw heavy of a flop as you can get, and a large portion of his turn calling range was draws. His range was something like:

Missed combos draws (naked straight or flush draws were unlikely since he'd usually fold turn) and flopped top pair (QJ, Q9, Q8).

Against the combo draws, check/calling is far higher EV than betting.

Against the flopped top pair, betting is far higher EV than checking.

Since there seemed to be more combo draws in his range, I checked planning to bluff catch.

12 pre, pot flop, 3/4 pot turn and I'm never folding vs this v.
