Hero ($280): 24yo most active at table and raising most pots I enter . Been playing with both villans for about 1.5 hrs.

V1 ($120): 35yo wearing sunglasses and has mentioned how I keep raising. Has been calling some raises and always folded to cb so far.

V2 ($350): 30yo playing tight and not saying much at the table. Have seen him around the room. I would call him a semi-reg

On to the hand. Table has been doing alot of limping and thats no fun so thats why I have been so active. Hero is on the btn and we have 3 limps in front. I have Ac9h raise to 12 ( should I even be doing that) get 4 callers.

Flop: (4 players $50) Ah 9c 5c. V1 leads out $15. V2 makes it $45. I'm next on the button and make it $110. SB folds and V1 folds after a 1min tank. V2 asks how much I have then ships it rather quickly.

Hero?

Given this table dynamic, I don't mind the pre-flop action. Adjust by raising more next time however, as your raise to 12 just got 4 callers.

It stinks that you have Ac and you can't put him on AcXc. Still, there's 1 combo of AA (highly unlikely given pre-flop action), 1 combo of 99, and 3 combos of 55. That's 5 total combos that have you beat. There are 2 A5s that he can have and 2 A9s that he can have. I think we also have to consider 67c, 78c, and 68c. Finally, let's remember that when we are beat we have a little bit of equity. 4 outs to make higher boats if he has 55 (2 if he has 99) and running clubs to make the nuts.

There is absolutely no fold here. When you called you did it right.

You've been the most active, and he's been playing tight. What does he think you have to have to make it $110?

I think you see 99 or 55 a lot.

Preflop is thin. If the table is giving up a lot to raises then fine, but if it is going multiway then I don't like raising with weak aces. Far too often you will flop an ace and get in trouble against somebody with a better ace or flop a 9 and run into an over pair. If they where suited I would limp behind, but unsuited I would just muck this unless the table is generally timid.

Once you make it $110 here your pot committed. Not a happy situation against a tight player, but with top two you drastically reduce the number of sets villain can have. I would not have raised the flop though, exactly because it commits hero to hand when there is a good chance your beat vs a tight villain. I would rather flat the raise and see what happens on turn.

you have Ac, so he cant have Axcc. this spot sucks but i dont see how you can fold getting this great a price to call. i call here and hope he's spazzing out with AK or a big draw. also he could have A5s. only 4 combos of hands beat you, 1 of pocket 9s and 3 of pocket 5s. there are two combos of A5s. add in some AK and FDs and pot odds, and you have to call here.
