Ok so I'm happy with this raise on those conditions.
I just don't like hero's line if his standard line on this board is like mine: I would exploitatively cbet this dry flop with most (all?) of my EP opening range so my flop checking range would be unbalanced (or nonexistent) and therefore I would struggle to have any value hands on the turn after checking flop except 1 combo of QQ - something I definitely wouldn't want to X/R big!
