Op, you are correct that not jamming turn is a good play if villain has a set and is stacking off on any river because it is better to get in all the loot with 100% equity as opposed to 77% equity, but that presents two questions:
(1) Why post if you are so sure villain has a set here?
(2) Why raise turn at all if you can always get in all the money on the river when the board doesn't pair?
