1-2 should I fold bottom set OTF?

Donke.. hero sits with 99, UTG, 100BB in a loose passive 1-2 table (Bally's LV).
Preflop: I raise to 6. MP1 calls. LP raises to 15. 3 callers from CO, button and SB. I call and MP1 calls.
Flop: 9KQ with FD. Pot(75). SB bets 40. I raise to 90. MP1 calls. LP raises all in covering everybody. CO folds. button folds. SB calls. I call and MP1 calls.
Should this be a standard fold for me instead of a call? Should I size the bet OTF differently?
Also, guess what MP1, LP and BB had?

Mp1 had flush draw, sb has 2 pair, LP has QQ.

Preflop either limp/call or raise bigger. At a loose table $6 is just going to end up with a big multiway pot.
On the flop either flat call or raise to $120. $90 gives SB too good of odds if he is on a draw. With that dangerous of a flop and SPR < 3 it can be better to flat and shove safe turn cards.
In any case you should never have the best hand with all that action but with all that money in the pot it would also be hard to fold.
Likely combo is LP has KK/QQ, SB has JT and MP1 has some sort of combo draw. If the Q9 are the same suit then somebody showing up with AKs for TPTK + nut flush draw is also likely. The amusing combo is LP, SB and MP1 all have JT, I have seen that happen.

J10 is played a lot in live games so I don't love my hand. You could fold if deeper but even then it's nitty. I think you played it fine - sucks if you are against a larger set. Did QQ or KK really just raise to 15 or call 15? I rebuy and my new standard opening size is 15.

Good points. Thank you very much gentlemen. Can't recall what was the FD OTF, probably KQ.
The hands:
MP1: KQo (black)
CO: A3s with the FD
SB: KK
Outcome:
CO made his flush OTR
The KK surprised me.
What to learn: I think I'm too stuck with standard bet sizing and should try to vary it more based on the table. Switch playing tighter and bet/raise larger on a loose table.

Easy call flop when sb donks. You are way behind or slight ahead this multiway. You can see how play develops with future action.
