Probably behind, but 12 outs to the best hand which using the rule of 4 gives you a 48% chance of winning a showdown at the end. You want to call here and give the 3rd player the right odds to join the fun. Three way you make good money with the right payoff on any draw that hits. Two way its a coin flip for even money.

If he's the type to be raising draws we would want him in the pot. Call or shove depending on what we think of V1. I probably just shove though regardless w/ 100bb's

We want all players whether they are on a draw or not in this hand. We only win if a draw hits and we win with every draw that hits. The hand is really only profitable multiway as we have a 48% chance of winning. If its heads up, we are coin flipping (which is not terrible), but the real value in this hand is realized if the other player calls. So don't shove and give him a tough decision. Call and give him an easier decision to join the party.
