1/2 River play? 1/2 River play?

Hey guys, had a funky one today. table in general is loose passive and super limp happy.

Hero/bb(250) Young 20s white kid, most aggressive at the table and punishing limpers pre-flop. have been going after alot of pots post with success.

V1/UTG+1(200) older white guy super loose passive and perhaps somewhat clueless. probably plays something like 80/1. I've seen him limp AK and JJ where it was an obvious raise for most players.

V2/MP(200)somewhat irrelevant older white guy, hiding a mullet underneath his baseball cap. pretty straight forward but can be aggressive at times. I've seen him raise several hands post flop and always had the goods. limps **** like offsuit connectors and one gapers.

4 players limp including Vs
Hero checks BB with Q5

Flop(10) QT8

Hero bets 8
Both V call and all else fold.

Turn(34) 3

Hero leads 20
V1 calls
V2 folds

River(74) 8

Hero?

I am not excited about leading the flop here. TP is TP but the board is so wet for limpers. Plenty of hands will call you that have good equity to the river. I may be too conservative here.

At the river check and expect a check behind. I can't see him folding anything that beats you. And he seems like a pure calling station.

i'd like to bet small river to get value from 9T TJ AT vs a loose passive player.

I like checking the flop OOP. So what you have TP, big whoop. If it checks around, then I'll bet the turn. I can be pretty sure at that point nobody has TP or better. I'd rather b/f the river. River bet is somewhat small, 40 more as a blocking bet then anything else.
