1/2, four hours into session, 9 handed, very loose table, about even mix of LAGs and LPs.

Hero ($500, BTN): Hero clearly the tightest player, considering he's the only tight player. Hero probably looks like an extreme NIT to the table. Hero has only shown down strong hands.

Villain ($400, BB): I've never played with villain. He is clearly a LAG, and also somewhat of a thinking LAG. He's not a very good player, but I'd say slightly above average for 1/2. He hasn't called any raises with anything way out of line yet, or so it seems.

OTTH

Loose passive UTG limps, loose passive UTG +1 limps, LAG in MP limps, LAG CO limps, and hero OTB with A K raises to $25 with only villain calling.

Flop ($59): A T 7. Villain checks, hero c bets $30 and villain calls.

Turn ($119): 9. Villain leads for $80 and hero calls.

River ($279): 3. Villain shoves for $265. Hero?

Meh, looking at MDF this should undoubtetly be a call. Good balanced players should have 89 or QJ here at some frequency, but uncreative players at 1-2 just have 2 pair+ here way too often.
I call turn and fold river.

his line is pretty lol, especially this deep just fold and if he has you beat take a note. You have straights/ a ton of sets here.

+1 to Call turn, Fold river.
Folding turn also can’t be that bad because his line is strong.
This board impact alot on his Limp/Call range and call Flop.

I prefer a 2/3 bet flop.

folding turn is only a thing if oop literally only donks 2p+
but if oop is known to donk too much in these spots, ip has a field day and can punish by raising a ton of combos with the clear range advantage, AK being one of them
calling turn ip is standard if oop is relatively balanced. we have no way of knowing how oop plays this spot so we go with the standard play

either way, his line is bad with any part of his range

Well played now fold river.

I think Ed Miller has this right. Big turn and river bets are nearly always strong, and people are not nearly bluffing at the frequency where calling it off makes sense, unless you have a hecka read.

This is so game dependent.

You obviously don't have AA or another set because you didn't raise the turn (and to V you most probably don't have two pair or a set), so your hand is pretty obvious as one pair. Does he expect you to fold AK or call with it? Whatever you think, do the opposite.
