Everyone is 800 effective except button with 190 behind

Flop (110): J

UTG bet 100
Hero call
BTN shorty jams 190
UTG tried to re-raise to 400, ends up calling
Hero calls 90 more

Turn (680): 6

UTG bets 350
Hero folds

Loose call pre, but mostly concerned about flop action considering short stack to act behind? Is flatting both times ok, or should I just raise over UTG to max FE and get me heads up with the SS?

Lol at UTG not verifying shorty stack size before betting 100. This hand is all about the short stack. T8s is not what you bust a shorty with, and not what you call 5x with, so how can any of the rest of the hand matter?

Everyone misplayed the hand terribly, and you still barely have odds. Usually when players are bad, you want the best of it, not break even odds.

Surprised everyone advocates to flat turn. We’re chasing 14 outs, and Given how strong UTG action is, our 2p/trips outs aren’t even good. Direct odds aren’t there and implied odds aren’t great, given a potential RIO situation.

Are we basically flatting and c/f’ing any unimproved river? Seems spewy IMHO

not going to hate on pre, but you should at least consider folding T8s, especially if you're not prepared to add fold equity on flops like this.
