V1 ($125): 50ish WG, passive, not really loose or tight, but seems to get lost in hands as I've seen him make really strange calls, and even stranger folds like 2 pair on a dry board with small bets from splashy players. I'm not really too concerned about him in the hand as I'm eyeing the other big stack.

V2 ($850): 50ish WG, solid rock, raises pre only occasionally talks a lot about playing poker in lots of differnet cities, not very imaginitive but still gets decent value from his big hands. Good at avoiding too much trouble, probably a decent winner.

Hero ($900): 30ish WG, loose aggressive winning image, as I've shown down a bluff and also (to those paying attention) double barreled with nothing and got help on the river to win 3-4 pots. Really won a lot of hands. V2 seems to be getting a little suspicious of me. We had a hand about 30 mins prior where he limps UTG, a bunch of other limpers, I make it $16, he raises to $32, I make it $116, and he open folds JJ.

Folds to hero in MP w/ 77, hero makes it $10, V1 calls, V2 calls, everyone else folds.

Flop ($30): 744 Hero??

They expect you to bet and there is no reason to disappoint them. I like $20 but what ever your standard c-bet is works.

Given our image against V2 and him being a rock, I think he's going to have a fairly similar continuing range to a large c-bet as he would to a medium sized one. I think I start with a $25 bet. And I'm pretty much betting again on any non 7 or 4 turn, sizing will depend on who we're going to turn against & what the turn card is.

$20.

We've flopped gin, and our hand is disguised. Isn't this why we raise hands like 77 instead of limping them? If we had a big overpair or flush draw (AK-AT hearts) we'd probably cbet here as well.

Flush draws are peeling; over pairs are peeling; open ended straight draws are peeling. Big draws (nut flush, combo draws) might even raise us even though they are drawing dead. Trips probably raise given the wet board.
