1/2 online home game

We are a bunch of friends (mostly from college) are playing on an APP with play money but pay real money equivalent to the play money afterwards.

The game can buy-in very deep 200-1000

V is my friend. V is wining player at 2/5. He is a bit of aggro overall (bluff more than average and value bet thin) and sometimes he has some button-clicking issues pre and post.

He limp 3bet from MP once with K3s against my button raise. He does some stupid funky stuff from time to time. But he has a good understanding of game.

This hand is maybe 6 or 7 handed. Since everyone is not clueless like most 1-2 players, standard online 3bb pre open is also standard here and get most of people folds

I opened from MP with A9cc for 6.

Folds to V raise to 20 on BTN, I called (V's 3betting is so wide pre, especially against me who open relatively lighter than others). Any other thoghts?

I have seen V thin value bets with TPGK before, this bet looks very much like it.

Hero blocks AA, and T9s.

Can I turn my hand into bluff?

Personally don't like turning hands that have SDV into bluffs. Although when he 3-barrels he either has us crushed or is turning a hand like KQs into a bluff or something... Does V have any bet-sizing tells? His sizing is quite small.

His small bet usually balanced with some bluffs and thin value bets.

He tends to bet big with nutty hands and bluffs.

In this specific spot, I think V can comfortably value betting AK, AQ here.
He should not have many Tx, as those hands might very likely check the flop back except AT and TT.
