1/2 live NLHE, 9 handed. What do you think of my life?

Hero ($400, UTG +1): Hero has a tight aggressive image and has been especially card dead so he appears to be a NIT.

Villain ($250): Villain is in the grey area of extreme LAG and maniac. She has bought in a few times now and is likely mildly tilted. Hero and villain have about 100 hours playing together and can say she largely plays her value and bluff hands the same.

OTTH

Villain straddles for $6, tight player UTG flats, hero raises to $30 with Q Q and only villain calls.

Flop ($69): A T 4. Hero checks, villain bets $70 and hero calls.

Turn ($219): 2. Hero checks, villain shoves for $150 and hero calls.

Thoughts?

While that is true, but I would think by betting pot on the flop she'd be weighed more towards bluffs. Why would villain be playing Kx or better this aggressively? She could easily get stacks in by the river going less aggressively.

Sounds like she is a good player for 1/2 if she balances her bluff ranges with her value ones. I would think about how many times shes seen me take this line. I am assuming its a btn straddle since youre first to act so how often do you do raise pf and check flop oop? How often do you x/r with tptk type hands in this spot?

Your hand could be face up to her and shes doing what a good player does vs someone with a scared hand.
