Game is 1/2. Been playing for about 2 hours and up against new comer to the table. Villain seems like a rock who hasn't been playing to many hands, but the one or two hands played was very aggressive, TAG probably.
Preflop:
Hero ($600)
In LP with Ks9s
-V1 Limps EP
-V2 Limps MP
-Villain 3 (~$300) limps LP
-Hero Limps
Flop ($8):
9c 8s 5h
All check to hero, Hero bets $6.
-V1 Fold
-V2 Fold
-V3 Calls
Turn ($20):
9c 8s 5h 7c
V3 Checks, Hero bets $10.
-V3 Raises to $25
Hero?

Check turn. As played easy fold vs any villain much less vs a tight player.

Thanks guys, expected that I should have folded.
Result:
Hero calls check raise of $25.
River ($70):
9c 8s 5h 7c 9d
villain bets $52. Hero calls. Villain flips over 10h6h. As played, should I have folded on the river as well?

I think also is a fold at the river as he would nt bet anything you beat. Limp pots are always difficult. everyone tries to draw for the nuts for 2$. but then trips are pretty :-)

I don't see why you'd wanna bet here on the turn with a straitening board like that.
Flop bet is okay-Just take it down right there.
But the turn bet is continuing to build the pot when you only have top pair.
Once you see that someone is interested on the flop, especially with that board, you're not in great shape. Ideally you'll just want to check it down. MAYBE get small value if turn and river are very safe cards. But that's a big Maybe.
10-J is entirely possible in a limp pot like that, so is 9-8, 9-7, 8-7 two pairs.
Mistake #1: Betting the turn
Mistake #2: Calling the check-raise on turn
Mistake #3: Calling big bet on River
