Hero: (120) Been pretty tight. Running pretty crappy lol i know excuses. White male hoodie young.

Button: Just busted last hand. Young, Fish, possibly steaming from the bust out who knows

CO- Old man, standard fit or fold, very readable

MP- Young white male, pretty much like the older guy with a bit more pazazz

Table as a whole is a pretty standard 1/2 table, virtually no 3-betting, a good amount of limped pots. The game is a little bit tougher than usual though, no one has spazzed out and gifted there whole stack in 4 hours Am i the first??

Hero looks down at 9sTs UTG and limps, a ton of other limps, WEEEEE.

Flop (15) 9 4 7

Checked around to button who bets 13, Hero calls, MP calls, CO calls. Alaram bells are going off....

Turn (65) K

Hero Jams his last 105 into the middle. As I am typing this I'm thinking this is lol bad. Although, I'm never folding here right, I can get some value from lower flushes and Two pairs and sets right? IDK help please

All input appreciated!

great example of why you don't play SCs from early position. You hit your hand and have no easy way to profit.

Your best hope on the turn IMO is a checkraise, hoping someone has 2 pair or a set and bets for value, or has a big spade and won't fold.

Why arnt you at 200? There is absolutely no reason to play sc when you are short stacked.

This is exactly what you don't play suited connectors short or from early position...unless to balance your range, but even then not when you're short.

I don't think you get value from two pair on an overbet that large and I don't see how there can be a lower flush, given your opponent's pf tendencies.

I'd checkraise. If you intend to check raise, but your opponents check behind, that's fine. If river blanks you can bet for value, because it looks like a bluff. Even then I'd bet half pot to try to get value and so it looks more like I steal.

The only bad river card is another spade.

Problem with overbet here is that you aren't certain if you have the best hand, but you probably aren't getting called by worse, so even if you have the best hand, there's little point in betting so large.

As long as it's a passive table, the limp is fine. Blah blah rebuy to 100bb meow chow.

Flop is an easy b/3bet line if possible. The only reason to not build the pot yourself right now is if you have someone 1 or 2 to your left spazzing out a lot in these limped pots that will frequently let you get a c/r in.

Turn shove is really bad. There's not a lot of ways people can have a BDFD given you have the 9s and Ts. You might even get a fold from a slowplayed set with this line, which is a catastrophe. You're usually only getting called by better. Bet like 40 or so, which leaves you with an easy 65 to ship on the river.
