Agreed, V1 is irrelevant, but then again, he had 2 of my outs. Thus, reducing my perceived equity. Is this something we should always take into consideration, third party blocking possible outs?
Hero: Tilted young guy playing too many hands. Called down AK high first hand and was obviously wrong vs 2nd pair. Turned a flush into a boat a few hand later and am down 200bb since sitting not too long ago.
V1(OP) Self proclaimed OMC image, seems to be playing only premiums.
V2(Actual OMC) Same reads as OP had, short stack, bad player.
I must be in the hijack ~180 stack V1 covers.
Limp 84 purely due to tilt.
V1 3bet to 12.
V2 flats from BB.
Hero calls because lol pot odds/tilt/the 3 or 4 whiskey sodas I have had.
Pot 37, Flop 845.
Bingo.
Lead 25 as I figured V1 was very heavy towards overpairs (perceived image + 3bet = alarm bells) and he would be checking back big aces anyways.
V1 jams for 180 effective.
V2 snaps it with 23.
Hero snaps and board runs out clean to reward my monkey play
I might have confused our positions on this hand since no one else got involved. But for that reason, I guess it doesn't matter.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Doesn't seem like anyone's interested in any further commenting. (I told you don't give the result!)\
Anyways. Since now everyone knows where I predominantly play, guess there's no reason to hide anymore so I can put a face to the name.
Everyone like my new photo/avatar
Be seeing you at the tables!
ps. One last thing. Who's the hero and who's the villain in this hand
