Villain ($360) is a white male in his mid 30's, looks pretty stoned. It's 5 am on an aggressive six handed 1/2 table. Villain has been playing for about an hour and seems like a decent lag. Seen him get sticky in a few Heads up pots with middle pair. Doesn't like to fold to c-bets.

Hero covers.

Villain straddles UTG
Folds to Hero in CO
Hero raises to $16 w/ JsTd
Folds to villain who thinks for a little bit of time, grabs some chips, and then eventually calls. He usually acts quickly. I really was thinking he was gonna raise before he finally called.

Flop (32): AcKs9c

Villain checks, hero thinks then checks. Thoughts?

Turn (32): Qc

Villain bets 20, hero raises to 60, villain re-raises to 160. Hero?

Well played, probably stacking off.

Imo I would check the flop, but flat the turn. Tricky spot either way, but given your description and pf action this feels more like a set or 2P than a flush.

AQ9 clubs are out, leaves KJ and JT as the only worthy suited hands to call PF. Said he looked like he wanted to raise PF, feels even more like a set or 2P.

I ended up tanking and shoving the turn. Would a better play be to flat and re-evaluate the river?

Flop check looks good given reads.

Just call turn and let him value own himself on river. 4betting just looks super strong and isolates us against hands that beat us.
