No only are the J

potentially no good, you will get stacked by KQ if any J does hit. For all practical purposes, you only have 3 outs (three non-diamond sixes).
Instead of simply going "I HAS OESD!", let's try to put our opponents on ranges...
V1 is supposedly limp-foldy and short-stacked (i.e. potentially fishy), but has limped and COLD CALLED a 3bet OOP. Let's give him a wide preflop range that could be somewhat reasonable (for a fish) of any 2 broadway, any PP. Even if we don't really care about V1's post flop range since he's already pot committed (or should be) no matter his holdings, we still need to worry about V2
V2 is supposedly TAG and called a 3-bet OOP after raising over a limper. Even if we're going optimistically wide, I'd give him something like 77-QQ and JTs+. He might also have AK/AQ and KK+ but I would expect most of those hands to 4bet OOP (and AQ to fold) unless he's trapping.
Against V2's range as described we are a 30% vs 70% dog. We're also only talking about his PF range and have yet to narrow it based on flop action. His raise on the flop just SCREAMS isolation raise against the fish, which means he at least has a pair, which means a T with a good kicker, a strong A, a pocket pair between A & T, a set, or some sort of draw to the nuts.
