6-handed, BTN straddle 5,

HERO in SB ($360) raises $20 with AcQd,
3 calls including fish on my left.

Flop ($80): 963ccc
Hero cbets $50, fish shoves $360, folds to Hero ???

If he’s capable of doing this with smaller flushes, pair+big club, sets, two pair, can I ever call this off? I’ve seen him bluff a lot so just a bare Kc is possible too. Just not sure if I should give him my ENTIRE stack here on a draw here incase I lose.

Getting ~ 2:1 vs a guy who has a wide shoving range? Probably a begrudging call off spot, but I doubt anyone will say folding is wrong/bad.

I mean, he’s on tilt and dying to give off his last 360 from the 900 stack he had donked upto and decided to change his mind about leaving when he started losing a few pots dwindling down to 400/500 while racking up.

Should I wait for a better spot/made hand? Because if he doubles up, he’s leaving.

I think you should let it go as you are not getting the correct price to chase your flush, and if V flopped a set, your overcard outs are no good either. Depending on the type of fish Villain is, but most players arent capable of bluffing on a monotone board with, and if they do, it is almost always going to be with the Ac, which is in your hand. The other potential bluff candidates are 78 and 45 with a spade. Against those 2 hands, they still ahve 40% equity against you.

Even if you are ahead, the variance is too high for my likings and I would prefer to take the lower variance approach and fold

I think you should be checking this flop.

You will not fold out better hands and worse hands aren't calling generally. Lot of good turn cards for you, not really any that will make your hand worse. Checking protects your checking range because you have strong hand you can call with. I see loys of benefits to checking and not much for betting here. There's not really any purpose to betting that benefits you.
